Work Methodology
Distribution of weekly assignments between team members. Availability - each team member will make an effort to be available at all times. Bi-Weekly Face-to-Face meetings - For purposes of closing gaps between team members and distribution of additional assignments.
Phases of work
We believe that first we need to know in general the structure of the work environment. There is an important emphasis on simplicity and convenience features. In the next stage we will implement division of labor based on capabilities, understanding and connecting various parts of the project (server side, client side, design etc.). To get started we'll explore the git API so we can incorporate it in.
Risks
The main risks we expect besides the programming difficulty the interfacing of the SE Hub system with Github. The system is supposed to suck all the information from Github (OAuth API) and we are not sure we can get anything we want, and in the form we want. In addition, our ambition is to design an efficient and convenient environment, but still maintain a high level of functionality.
